Those Tired of Duplexes are Coming to Armoni-3

Akven Construction’s Armoni-3 project in Başiskele Yuvacık is progressing at full speed. Armoni-3 stands out with its many unique features.

Volkan Gümüş, General Manager of Akven Construction, one of Kocaeli’s prominent contractors, explained the project’s current status and Armoni-3’s privileges to En Kocaeli Newspaper with these words:

CONCEPT PROJECT

“Armoni is Akven Construction’s concept project. We had previously completed phases 1 and 2 in the Başiskele Yuvacık region. Now we are implementing our phase 3 project. Armoni-3 is located right on Hospital Street in Fatih District.

SINGLE-STORY, INTEGRATED WITH NATURE

Our project is built on 6,075 square meters of land. It consists of 4 blocks and 40 apartments. It’s a boutique, single-story complex. It has an elevator. It’s integrated with nature. There’s a swimming pool, sports and living areas. Our project includes many important details.

85% COMPLETE IN ROUGH CONSTRUCTION

First, regarding construction progress: We are currently at about 60% completion. While our deadline extends to the end of 2022, our target is to finish by late July or August. We’re at 85% in rough construction. We’re on the final block for reinforced concrete sections. Fine work, including plastering and gypsum, is ongoing in the first and second blocks. After ceramic application, furniture group, and marble designs are completed, our apartments will be finished.

UNDERFLOOR HEATING

The most notable and, in my opinion, the best feature of the project is the underfloor heating. We exclusively use ceramic flooring throughout. There’s no parquet flooring anywhere. This is because stone has better heat conductivity. It’s also beneficial for allergic conditions.

EVEN THE BALCONIES

We also have underfloor heating in the 21-square-meter balcony terrace. Because when you enclose the balcony, you can easily use it as a winter garden. The infrastructure for television is ready. We designed it as a living space for 24/7 use, not just for summer.

WIDE VIEWING AREA

One of our main goals was to maintain wide viewing areas while ensuring privacy, allowing people to feel comfortable in their homes. We based the design on this concept.

THOSE TIRED OF DUPLEXES ARE COMING

Our apartments are 185 and 210 square meters. These sizes are typically found in duplex apartments. Our customer base mostly consists of those tired of duplexes. In Turkish culture, single-story apartments are more practical. That’s why we created this difference. We’re pleased with this distinction. The interest and demand from our customers has been very good so far.

HIGH LEVEL OF APPRECIATION

When customers visit, there are no issues with appreciation and design. Because we pay attention to the details that ladies and gentlemen desire most, we design and implement according to these details.

NEVER-ENDING VIEW

Our project’s balconies completely overlook the valley. This region’s nature is unique. People choose this area for this reason. We offer a view that will never be obstructed.

CHILDREN CAN ROAM FREELY

Children can easily ride their bicycles around our complex. We have parking, an outdoor pool, and social amenities. There’s a basketball court and playground equipment. You’re not just buying an apartment here; you’re buying a lifestyle.

SPACIOUS GARDEN AREAS

During the pandemic, our children spent their lives entirely within the complex environment. People really sought areas where they could go outside freely, where children could play and explore. That’s why this project has garden areas like duplexes in the ground floor units. These garden areas start from 120-130 square meters, which is substantial.

DOUBLE-ROW WALLS WITH INSULATION

Our buildings have three facades. The only shared wall with adjacent apartments is in the kitchen. Even in our adjoining rooms, we use double-row walls with sound insulation between them. These are our satisfaction points. We’ve been implementing this sound insulation since we started this business.

“ARE YOU SATISFIED?”

We verify the materials we use. We ask our customers, “Are you satisfied?” This is our own standard. We don’t just stick to regulations. As Akven Construction, we’ve established a standard. And we keep raising these standards. This is what has brought us to where we are today.

Our work in details takes long, but implementation is quick. We solve all problems from the start. This is probably what sets us apart from others. This is how you become a brand. We have no complaint buttons related to the company. This means we’re doing things right. This satisfies us.

We designed some sections of our homes to be multi-purpose. For example, you can convert the area with the private WC into a pantry if you wish. The necessary technical facilities for this transformation are available there. So the project can transform according to your needs with such instruments.

We build qualified, functional, practical structures. Our ceilings are high. Our corridors are wide. Our balconies are large. We have additional storage areas. Our slogan is “We provide better returns than foreign currency” because our apartments are valuable. They always add value to value.”
